In the event that you ordered or have received an incorrect item, you can request an exchange. To be eligible, exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the item. The item MUST be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging with the seal intact! We will NOT honor exchanges if the seals have been broken, and the product has been used.
