All Pure Essence Skincare products are handcrafted and made to order. We do not maintain pre-made inventory, allowing each order to be freshly prepared for your business.

Standard production time is approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the product, order quantity, and level of customization required. Production begins once your order has been confirmed and the required 50% deposit has been received.

Larger orders, custom formulations, or customized products may require additional production time. Any extended lead time will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due before collection or delivery. Once production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
